💜Welcome
I retain the right to publish commissioned work on my portfolios and socials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been discussed beforehand.
I retain the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
All information exchanged during commission transactions will be kept private and confidential.
Commissions will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
References / Design Sheets are required to be used as basis.
Prices are final and non-negotiable.💜PAYMENT POLICY
50 % Payment is required upfront before I start the commission.
All requests will be submitted through my official commission form.
All prices are in USD and payments will be through PAYPAL only. An invoice will be sent to you after your request has been accepted.
All prices posted are only base prices and are subject to change upon final quote.
Rushed commissions with deadlines will be charged an extra $50 fee on top of the final quote. This is non-negotiable.
A 50% downpayment is required to reserve your slot and start the order. The remaining balance is due before the turnover of the final product.💜Refunds & Cancellation are✔ ALLOWED IF:
The sketch has not been started (100%).
The sketch has been made. (50%).
Refunds are NOT ❌ allowed IF:
Lineart / Rendering has begun.
Commissioned piece is nearing completion or is already finished.
There has been no contact from the commissioner for (1) month even after constant notice.💜Revisions
(2) Free revisions are allowed during the sketch phase only.
Revisions during Lineart / Rendering will be charged $10 per revision. Make sure to give your feedback altogether to avoid incurring additional fees.⚠⚠commission pieces may take up to 1 to 3 weeks depending on how much work i have before⚠⚠
updates will be given throughout the process.💜COPYRIGHT & USAGE
PERSONAL LICENSE
This is the default license for all commissions. This grants you the right to use the commissioned work for personal purposes.
This allows you to:
Use the piece on your social media platforms such as Twitch, Twitter, etc.
This does not allow you to:
Use the piece for any commercial purposes such as printing, merchandise, advertisements, or promotional use.
Redistribute my work to public domains or resell my work for others to use.
Edit/Alter my work, remove my watermark, or have another artist edit it without my written consent.💜COMMERCIAL LICENSE
This license allows you to use the piece for any commercial reasons. You are required to pay an additional +100% fee (per piece) to acquire this license. A license agreement will be provided and you are required to sign with your full name and signature.
This allows you to:
Distribute printed/physical copies of the piece.
Sell merchandise using the piece.
Use the piece for paid advertisements.
Use the piece for any promotional purpose.
This does not allow you to:
Edit/Alter my work or have another artist edit it without my written consent.

By submitting your commission form, you acknowledge and have fully agreed to the Terms of Service listed on this page. Failure to comply will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.
